Completed 2010

Remodel and update of an existing coffee bar in the hub of Los Feliz.   The space was opened up by removing the ceiling, exposing existing duct work and beams.  Windows were expanded allow more light into the space and create a loft-like atmosphere.  In addition to functioning as a cafe, it was designed to be used as an art gallery and event space for the community.
